The Alpha Personality
This powerful personality is confident in themselves and fully aware of their self and their present environment. They know that they are the answer to a problem they are unapologetic for who they are. They do not try to fit in or stand out. However, in most cases they do stand out. They do not feel the need to cover insecurities with pretentious acts of grander.
The alpha personality can possess any of the above misconceptions, but alpha personality is confident because he/she is fully aware and therefore comfortable.
Does the alpha personality have insecurities?
Everyone has insecurities but that alpha personality does not entertain or cater to their insecurities. They are fully aware of what their insecurities are, but are not governed by them, nor do they suppress them.
